Information we collect

Organiser accounts: name, email address and a securely hashed password. Events: the content organisers enter. Guests: only what an organiser's RSVP or guestbook form asks for, such as name, attendance, and optionally email, phone or a message.

How it is used

Information is used to run the service: showing event pages, letting organisers manage RSVPs, and securing accounts. RSVP details are visible only to the organiser of that event and are never shown on public pages.

Retention and deletion

Organisers can delete events, which removes their RSVPs, programme, announcements and gallery. Account deletion will remove the organiser's data.
